How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom jewelry and made-to-order pieces typically require 4-6 weeks for production before being shipped via insured courier.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom, unworn jewelry and home goods within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Please note that all custom-designed pieces and resized rings are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
Can I resize a ring after purchase?
Most of our rings can be resized within a limited range. We offer one complimentary resizing within the first 90 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs and certain eternity band styles.
How should I care for my Mociun jewelry?
We recommend professional cleaning once a year. At home, you can use a soft toothbrush and mild dish soap with warm water to gently clean gold and diamonds. Avoid wearing jewelry in chlorinated pools or hot tubs.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Sustainability and ethics are at our core. We use recycled gold and work exclusively with reputable suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process to ensure all our diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free.
