At Mociun, we strive for complete satisfaction with your unique purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all custom jewelry and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Mociun signature packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry is secured to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of receiving the label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our studio team inspects the item for quality and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
